CAP will be hosting a TRX Suspension Training Course that will provide Continuing Education Credits and will teach over 95 exercises and progressions using TRX.

This course will really help you step up your game as a trainer and take your training programs to the next level!

The class is on Saturday July 25th, 2009 from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. The location will be at the CAP Training and Research Center at 11042 Strang Line Rd, Lenexa, KS 66215.
